Runtime
Your app. Your machine.
Your data.
Descry boots your real application, drives a real browser, and records the browser and the backend at the same instant.
It uses the product, it doesn’t simulate it.
Descry opens a real browser and uses the product the way a person would, then tells you what it is doing while it does it rather than reporting at the end.
Both halves, at the same instant.
DOM and console, network, backend output and exceptions, database state. Observed together, not stitched together afterwards, with video of the whole run.
Identity that doesn’t break.
Screen-based tools identify a button by where it sits or what class it carries. Redesign the page and the test breaks even though nothing is wrong. Descry identifies a button by the component, the file and the line that produced it. Validated on React 18 and 19. Nothing to heal, because nothing was pinned to the UI.
A sandbox is a clean room. Descry runs where the bug actually lives.
Bugs that only appear with real data, real configuration and real timing are exactly the ones a fresh sandbox never sees. Target local, dev, staging or production: your choice, per run.
Descry runs an MCP server. Claude Code and Cursor connect to it the way they connect to any other tool. Ask your agent to check the change it just made: it starts the run, waits, and reads the finding back to you without you leaving the editor. Same approval gate either way.
The run waits until the app is genuinely up. A boot failure is reported as a boot failure, never disguised as a bug in your code.
Find out what your change actually did.
